GGS Carnival - Fishball Committee

okay just here to make an announcement. ppl in the fishball committee please take note if you have not read my email yet.
ppl in the fishball committee for ggs carnival are:
-me(jiachee)
-chiou chyong
-xinyi
-serene
-tammy
-qianyu
-nyssa
-peixuan
in case y'all haven't read the GGS carnival proposal yet, y'all are in the fishball committee for the GGS carnival. i just emailed y'all for details but i am just posting here in case y'all haven't see yet.
so what we have to do is:
- buy the fishballs together strictly from sheng shiong
- keep the fishballs fresh in the fridge
- boil the fishballs in hot boiling water until they are cooked in the morning on the day of GGS carnival and bring it there.
because of the fact that fishballs cannot be kept for too long due to freshness, we will be buying the fishballs together from sheng shiong 1 day before the GGS carnival, which is the 26 of june. we will be going to tekka mall which is near little india to buy the fishballs because i suppose it will be more central?
so pls tell me asap:
- if you can make it to buy the fishballs together on the 26th of June
- if the venue that we are going too inconvenient for you
due to the fact that me and xinyi will be having our ivp seminar at NUS on the 26th of June, we will be buying the fishballs separately on another time on that day. as i will not be present, serene will be in charge of meeting you guys to buy the fishballs.
more details like what time we will be meeting and the address of the sheng shiong branch at tekka mall another day when i received all yr replies.
till now, only qianyu, nyssa, xinyi, tammy have replied me so please reply me via sms or email by the 15 of June. your cooperation is kindly appreciated. :D
